History
Velox was founded in 2006 with aims to produce products based on high performance alloy and supply key raw materials including titanium and nickel.
Velox is a Latin word meaning ¡°swift¡± or ¡°rapid¡±. This signifies our dedication to provide quality products and speedy services to our customers in a fast-changing global business enivronment.
After steady growth and focusing on a few products, the company took a significant step to expand its portfolio and moved to a larger facility in Sowol, Gyeongsan-si, South Korea.
In an effort to expand our portfolio and strengthen our competitiveness, Velox recently invested in essential equipment, in particular, radial forging machines: SX 55 and SX 16 made by an Austrian company, GFM GmbH.
This enables Velox to enter a new business area and produce a wide range of round forged bars.
The company also started producing products through centrifugal casting, which is a technique that is typically used to cast thin-walled cylinders. It is noted for the high quality of the results attainable,
particularly for precise control of their metallurgy and crystal structure.
Velox is ready to become a leading company in forged round bar and plate.
